Featured: Storytime on the Go

Pick up a kit in the children’s room MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. Bring storytime home with one of our early literacy kits for toddlers and preschoolers! Each kit includes 5-6 books and 5 early literacy and fine motor activities based on the theme of the week.Support your child’s early literacy with the 5 principles we use to create storytime at the library; talk, read, sing, write, and play! Toddler kits are recommended for ages 2-3 who appreciate shorter stories and simple fine motor tasks. Preschool kits are recommended for ages 3-5 and include longer stories and slightly more advanced fine motor practice. SAILS card is required to check out books.
